He then completed the installation and did a great job. He replaced my door opener, replaced all the rollers, realigned the track and installed new wall mounted door operator and outside keypad. I would recommend Precision and Chris to anyone in need of garage door service.

I heard about Precision over the years on Monday and Sally; the guy came to our house and did something I did not think possible, he made my garage door quiet!! That was two years ago. Over the weekend all of my remotes quit working and I called ant the had the guy out to my house in just a little over an hour and he had them fixed within about 5 minutes. What fantastic service. I called Precision b/c I've heard Mo & Sally on Kool 105.5 talk about Precision Garage Door. I was pleased that an actual person answered the phone and was able to schedule an appointment for service so quickly (non-emergency call). I was given a 2 hour window from 4-6pm and David Hoffa called me just before 4:00 to let me know his eta would be 4:25 and he was right on time!!! And just like the commercial says, he showed up in PGD uniform. He educated me on different parts that would be needed and a safer system other than the spring/cable system I currently have. Although I was not expecting to purchase a new door I decided to upgrade to new hurricane rated door, this will save me money on my wind/hazard insurance. It was not a high pressure sales pitch. I'm a realtor and property manager and will definitely use them on future projects.

Door intermittently going down and then retracting. Technician performed several troubleshooting techniques and changed the rollers and checked other areas that could cause the door not to fully close. Technician claims the defect was the logic board. He charged me over $600 and suggested I contact the manufacturer of the garage door opener and request a new board. He charged my Platinum AmEx over $600 and told me to contact him after I receive the board… really? Poor customer service!!!

We have used Precision Garage Door since we purchased our home 7years ago. We have a 900 lb hurricane garage door which keeps us safe but has had a few problems. The motor has had a hard time dealing with the weight of the door. Jeff Barron came over and solved our problem. He was so helpful, courteous and wonderful to work with. He certainly knows his profession and I would highly recommend him! He replaced the motor and moved it to a better location which will solve so many problems. The cables were fraying with the weight and it wasn’t completely square. With the new location of the motor we also have less torque. I am extremely happy! We are also very happy with the company. They are very good at responding to any problem. Very few companies these days have this level of service!

When the technician Logan and Lewis arrived, very knowledgeable and respectfully, checked and said the opener did not have a battery, he then made a thorough inspection, and told us what we needed. Was putting a new bottom seal on my door when I took notice the door was out of balance. Upon releasing automatic garage door opener and manually opening and closing garage door I noticed springs had no tension left in them allowing the door to just freefall to the floor as well as causing out of balance issue. Called Precision Doors immediately (2;00 pm) and they sent a technician out (Chris Peraza) within a couple of hours and by 6;00pm door was as good as new. From the gentleman that took my initial call and set the appointment to Chris the technician everything was such a pleasure and they both were both professional and friendly. Thank you

We were very happy with our experience with David Hoffa from Precision Garage. He came within a few hours of our garage door not working and said we needed a new motor. Our motor was 22 years old and the door was getting stuck. David explained the job clearly and put in the new motor, with new switches and remotes. Our door is so quiet now and we love it.
