Called 4:30pm Friday, Eyron arrived early Saturday, diagnosed and installed a new door opener. Also adjusted the springs which Precision installed two years ago. The company and Eyron are extremely professional. Being available Saturday is a big benefit to consumers. Definitely will recommend them to my friends.

I have used PRECISION before, and was delighted to able to "snag" a technician who was in the neighborhood working on a neigbor's garage door to come to my home to help me with the exterior remote opener. The technician, David Hoffa, was very polite, helpful...timely...and got the fix made very quickly. Am delighted with the service...and will continue to use PRECISION for routine service as well as needed "significant repairs" that may arise in the future.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Owens for the first time when I received a phone call from him introducing himself and taking the time to ask me about my day. Our appointment was scheduled from 10AM to 12PM and he was calling to see if 10:30 AM was a good time to meet and go over my garage door needs and concerns. Mr. Owens was very punctual and extremely knowledgeable of his job and products that Precision Garage Door company provide and what would best fit our needs, which is a whole new garage door and wall mount opener. I was having a problem opening and closing my garage door. I contacted.Precision Door Service because of all of their 5 star reviews and the comments by their satisfied customers. It was easy for me to contact Precision online. I got a call back soon after from a lady who was helpful and professional. She scheduled an appointment on the day and time range I requested. The technician who would be doing the job was Julio Rodriguez. Along with his name, I was sent his picture and background information on his experience doing this type of work. Julio called me on the morning of his appt, notifying me that he could come earlier if I wanted. I said that I did, and he arrived earlier than the originally scheduled time range. Precision had a tracking system where I could see his location as he approached. When Julio arrived, he was appropriately addressed with his name on his shirt, I recognized him from the picture that was provided, so I felt sure I was letting the right person in the house. He checked out the garage door system, identified the problem and made some suggestions. He showed me on his computer and explained different options, never pressuring me to take any of them. When I made a choice, he already had the equipment in his truck, and immediately went to work, finishing in a reasonable amount of time. He showed me the changes he made, how to use them and patiently answered my questions. Julio was professional. Soon after he left, I received follow up messages from Precision, in particularly from their President, which indicates to me that they care about the complete satisfaction of their customers. Based on all of the above, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I had my new garage door installed in December 2024 (8 months ago) by Precision Door. Now it was more noisy and the technician fixed everything. Jose (the technician) was punctual and he called while on his way. He found the problem and solved in a quick and professional way, explaining everything to me in a very nice way. Chose because at 9:30 on a Saturday night they were still open. When the service man came, he did an evaluation and suggested some repairs but when he started, realized that they were not necessary. What a relief! I saved $400. Good prompt service, quick repairs, and no pressure for spending more than needed.

I have used Precision in the past to service my garage door. They were very knowledgeable and professional so I called them again to get an estimate on a hurricane-rated garage door. We liked Dale, the sales rep who responded to our request. He was nice, professional, and exuded confidence and integrity. Dale walked us thru all the door options and what the permit and installation processes would be like. We bought a beautiful door at a competitive, fair price, although we were really buying him because he just comes across as an honest, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. No slick snake oil tactics, just honesty and integrity. Whereas, the door still has to be installed, we recommend this company based on their products and sales personnel.

When the estimate came in at over $900, I was in shock. Two springs (On Amazon for $76) plus one half hour of work does not warrant that kind of charge! Unfortunately, the process used of paying for a service call to get an estimate, discourages competitive bidding. Companies charge you for coming out and giving an estimate. The fact remains that this price was over the top, in my opinion. Try another company!
