The spring on my garage door broke unexpectedly and when I scheduled an appointment online I was able to have a service tech come out the next morning to replace it. Tyrone was my service tech and he was amazing. He was very professional, personable and he patiently explained all the options available to me. He did quality work and the pride in his job and delivering excellent customer service really showed in his work. I'm glad I called Precision and that Tyrone was my service tech. He was really great to work with.

Jose showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, quickly diagnosed the problems and provided estimates with options. Jose then completed the repairs within the promised timeframe, and made sure all the mechanisms and remotes were working correctly before he left. My garage door would not go up this morning, either automatically or manually. The previous owner had put a sticker for Precision on the inside of the garage door, so I called and by mid-afternoon Tyler had arrived. The damage was serious, mostly due to age, including one spring completely snapped. Tyler explained everything thoroughly, replaced both springs and other parts, and made sure I knew how to work it even when power was out. Terrific experience, I know who I'm calling next time I need work done on my garage door.
