Your employee Paul was so patient and understanding. I thought the time was 1230 but he had the appt. for 1030. We spoke and he very kindly rescheduled for Wednesday at 230. I already like how your company does business and respects the customer. I was referred to you by Neil Fried ! I will write another review Wednesday.
