I made an appointment online and was able to get same day service. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Illana was here on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. She fixed the garage on my shed and she was also able to replace the rubber piece on the large main house garage. The pricing was affordable. Illana was very professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision Door to my family and friends. Illana is definitely an asset to your company.

I found out that door opener needs to fix. It was disconnected from the system. Door was very loud as well. I called to Precision at midnight and they answered. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and they were available. Technician came at 8am as it was planned. Completed the job and I am more than happy with the service. Professional, experienced, and skilled technicians. Door opener was replaced, rollers changed, string adjusted , etc. I cannot hear door movement. Great job.

Excellent company that truly cares about their customers. Merrick was my install rep who explained everything and showed me how to use the product. It took awhile to get the camera hooked up to my phone , but Merrick stayed in the hot garage sweating until we got it right and I understood how easy it is to use. Great service from beginning to end! Called for broken spring to be replaced after 5pm and was able to get a technician to my home by 8am the next morning and he was done with a complete overhaul on replacement of all moving parts in just over 2 hours! Including inspection and repair options! Jose E. was our technician and he was extremely professional and efficient! Appreciated his knowledge and expertise! Went for the best option to have everything working as good as new for many years to come. It was an extreme pleasure working with this company and their technician Jose E! Such a pleasure to call a company and have them perform so well and fast! Can't opinion on prices on this is the first garage door I've had to ever get serviced but definitely didn't feel ripped off by any means!
