Our technician Tyrone was no less than “AWESOME”! He is truly a professional & is experienced in his field. Tyrone gave me options instead of just trying to sell me a garage door opener. Ultimately we ended up replacing the opener, but I appreciate him helping us. We have a three car garage & I will have Tyrone out to install the other one! Great service by Tech Jose, he arrived on time and promised to complete the install in 2 - 2 1/2 hrs., and was done before. Explained all the ins outs of the opener and helped me program the application on my cell. Purchased the Lift Master and is so silent and smooth, it was worth the upgrade! THANKS Jose, Great job!!

I have used Precision Garage Door several times and I have found their technicians to be prompt, courteous and professional. Recently I needed a new rubber seal at the bottom of the door. As it is an old door, 25 years, they did not have an exact match. It took several visits to get one to work perfectly for this door and I was impressed with Ted’s willingness to keep trying until he got it right. I am very happy with the outcome of this service and will continue to be a customer.

I have been using Precision Door Service since 2016 when they replaced my operators. They did a great job then. I called them most recently a few days ago with new problems with the doors themselves, as they are 22 years old. Zeb Garza, a technician came today 1/18/23 in quick response to my call. He replaced all the rollers in my doors, all three outside pads, adjusted and serviced everything and got them working again in perfect order. My doors are now again as quiet as they were when they were new. Zeb was quick, efficient, and explained everything that needed doing, options and cost. what he we even serviced my remote controllers, some of which had also stopped working. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for any garage door work or new doors that you might need. Of the four garage door companies that have serviced my doors over the last 22 years, Precision stands head and shoulders above the rest.
