I called Precision to come out because I thought something broke with my motor but it ended up being a broken spring. I was given a window of 8-10AM and the technician, Jose Espinoza, showed up at the beginning of the window and also gave me a curtesy call in advance to give me his ETA. Jose gave me an assessment of what could be wrong and then came to me with options to do just the basic repair but also some other “nice to have” maintenance items. I opted for the spring repair, maintenance and also assess whether the motor was still in good shape. Jose was knowledgeable, polite, clean, thorough didn’t try to up charge me, in fact, I appreciated that he informed me that my current motor was still in good shape if I wanted to ride it out, despite me asking to have it changed for a quiet unit. Would recommend in the future and will be a returning customer for service.

The lead service technician, Merrick Gayle, was very professional during his visit to our home to repair our garage door that was no longer opening. In no time, Merrick had the garage door replaced with new hardware and lubricated; leaving it functioning better than when the home was first purchased back in 2015. His explanations were very well articulated and his willingness to provide us with answers to our questions was very insightful. In my opinion, he went up and beyond the call of duty, fixing the tension of the cabling/chain, aligning both sensors, lubricated all necessary areas of the garage door and even added a wire management cover to keep the cabling tidy. We had an amazing experience and plan on reaching out again to Precision Garage Door Solutions for additional work. We will certainly ask for Merrick!

I have been using Precision Door Service since 2016 when they replaced my operators. They did a great job then. I called them most recently a few days ago with new problems with the doors themselves, as they are 22 years old. Zeb Garza, a technician came today 1/18/23 in quick response to my call. He replaced all the rollers in my doors, all three outside pads, adjusted and serviced everything and got them working again in perfect order. My doors are now again as quiet as they were when they were new.
