I called and Tech named Adam showed up within 2 hours, same day which was great, was thorough on what needed to be done, and he knew his stuff. I would recommend him as the install Tech if the springs etc break on your garage door. Installation was completed within 2 hours and everything working great.

Called to inquire about changing garage door opener. Vince showed up about 3 hours later. Went through some options and opted for a new opener, springs,etc. Vince was amazing in his knowledge, professionalism, and complete regard for the customer. One morning our garage door wouldn’t open and we were not able to open it manually because one of the springs had broken. Precision sent out Vince that same day. He showed us the rollers were bad and the broken spring. He also did a few adjustments and put in new weather stripping. He was very pleasant and professional.
