Have used Precision in Indiana and Florida. Have found them to be professional, very knowledgeable and always on time. Did a complete inspection on my garage door and found the issue to be my 20-year-old motor/opener. Opener was replaced as well as a complete tuneup of all parts. I called Precision at around 9:40 am on Saturday and Merrick showed up around 1:30. He walked me through the problem and pointed out a few other issues that would need attention as well. I woke up this morning to a not pleasant surprise. My garage door would not open. It worked fine yesterday, gave me no indication that it was on its last legs, but indeed during the night it decided to quit. Dave to the rescue. I called and asked for a technician and I couldn’t be more pleased with the gentleman that precision sent to work on my garage door. Dave arrived when he said he would, looked over my garage door and presented me with a few alternatives. I decided to have it fixed and not buy a new door at this time. Dave went to work and within an hour to an hour and a half my garage door is working and more quiet than it has ever been. I now have a pad that works, and I am very pleased with the company and definitely with Dave. I highly recommend precision doors.
