Great experience all around. Booked on line. They called right away to confirm and check if we had any questions. They let us know Jose was close by and would call shortly. Technician was great. Very satisfied with him. He was courteous, considerate, and professional. Only complaint is: I was told, over the telephone, that $89 diagnostic charge would be waived if I had work done. It was. But, I was also told that charge would then be $70 per 1/2 hour. Actual charge was $175 for 10 minute job in fixing opener WiFi connection. Charge was way higher than my expectation, based on telephone conversation with office. I was shocked.
