He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done He gave me several options and explained the advantages of each one. This morning we realized our garage door wouldn't open and the spring was broken. Our car was "held hostage" so to speak. We called Precision Garage doors around 8 and the technician was at our home before 10 am. He was great! Knew right away what the problem was. He knew we had work done by Precision this year. Within 30 minutes the spring was intsalled and we could open our garage and "free our car." We highly recommend this company.

I really can't say enough about our positive experience with Precision Garage Door Services. The spring on our door broke late on a Saturday. I had seen Precision's trucks in our area before so I looked them up and called. Their response, on a Saturday afternoon was amazing! From the moment my phone call was answered to the time their technician, Josue Pagan drove off everything related to the replacement of our garage door spring was handled smoothly and professionally. We had full information via text on Joshua's arrival time and even his professional profile! Josue quickly evaluated the spring and its mounting, actually weighed the door (not an easy task), determined the size of a new spring required, and then spent over an hour in our hot garage installing the spring. He was friendly, polite and professional and gave us full detail on the type of spring recommended for the door, its cost and the warranty that would follow installation. Before leaving he reset the electronics and chain drive of our garage door opener and made sure the remote signal from both of our cars' visors was functioning. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services for all garage door maintenance and service needs.
