Good afternoon and Thank You for giving me the opportunity to review the impeccable service I received on last Friday 2 Oct 2026. I was totally impressed from the first phone call to the completion of the issue. The Trouble Call was made and answered by a very respectful and professional person around 1045. She listened, asked questioned and immediately told me that i could expert a Technician onsite between 2PM - 4PM and that I would receive a call when the Tech is enroute. As informed, the assigned Service Technical, Josue Pagan called and informed me that he was on his way and provided his estimated arrival time. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and after several questions, he immediately checked out my garage door issues from Top to Bottom. This Service Technician is simply Outstanding! He is Technically astute, Knowledgeable, Highly Professional and Committed to ensuring Customer Satisfaction. Based on his performance today, I know he knows his business and i highly recommend him. I don't say this lightly as I served in the US Navy for over 30 years in various positions directly responsible for the shipboard installed electronic equipment. I've seen lots of technicians over the years, and Mr. Pagan ranks within the Best of the Best! Thank You

I got lucky choosing Precision Garage off the internet. I had used another company for many years and was never really happy with their service. So I went on google and found Precision Garage! I have been extremely impressed with the office staff ( very friendly, helpful and accommodating) and the Technician, Armando Eribiti. Armando has been on time, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and congenial, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from Precision Garage.

Very easy to make an appointment and the technician Chris was able to come out right away. Chris gave us four different options to remedy our garage door issue which all the sudden stopped opening and closing. We had him replace the springs and install a new more reliable and stronger unit. Chris was able to do this right away and within about two hours everything was working great. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything from how the sensors work to programming the keypads. Very happy with the service.

Always, excellent, prompt, professional service. From the moment you call until the service tech arrives the customer is kept informed about when the service tech will arrive and what to expect. The tech was here for 2O minutes evaluating. The job to replace the springs was $851 dollars - the job took less the 20 minutes. Very expensive
