The technician, Roberto, arrived on time, and quickly analyzed and my problem and repair options. He replaced my broken springs and rebuilt all of the door lift hardware much faster than I expected (less than an hour). Now my garage door works fine, and I am very satisfied with Roberto's friendly and efficient service.

I was glad that someone came out to service the door on the day I called in but was disappointed in the amount charged. I was told when I called there would be an $89.00 for the home service call, but that woul go towards the repair. The technician was very polite and we were told they just needed a lube and tune on my 2 doors, which is what he did. He was there maybe, 20 to 30 minutes and when he was done the charge was $189.00. I think that is very high for spraying some lubricant on the runners of the doors.

Roberto was very professional, and got the work done great. I was disappointed with what I was told over the phone as far as the warranty of the springs, and the price, spoke with Tim the mgr, and he helped solve the issues.

I cannot say enough good things about our first experience with Precision. I called at 4:00 pm and by 5:15pm Roberto was here. Garage door needed double springs which was done very efficiently but just as important called first, said he was on his way and was very polite and quick. I will definitely spread the word here in our community of 165 homes. Most folks used the company that initially installed doors when homes were built for repair. We called Precision on a Saturday morning as our spring broke in our door and could not get our car out. Roberto arrived the same day at 1 PM and replaced the spring.
