Great experience all around. Booked on line. They called right away to confirm and check if we had any questions. They let us know Jose was close by and would call shortly. Jose called and let us know when he would be to the house. He was right on time. Jose did a thorough inspection and provided us with a quote right upfront. I had an issue where the manual release cord got caught in the garage door while it was being opened causing it to close abruptly and hard. I saw the problem, but could not get the door to work. Precision came out within a few hours which was a pleasant surprise. Eyron fixed the issue and then showed me why the door closed so hard. He strengthened the existing springs and now the door works perfectly. Al this for what I thought was a reasonable price. I will only use Precision from now on for my garage door needs.

Just outstanding! Availability on holidays is a super plus. I called on Thanksgiving Day because of a broken garage door spring and had two excellent technicians (Willy and Naldo) at my house in 45 minutes. Everything is repaired and tuned up and I could not be happier with Precision.

Logan Kruse took a call for what I believed was a routine service for a garage door that refused to open. I hadn't noticed that a cable had broken, on a door installed by the former head of the Army Corps of Engineers (during or after WW1.) It is located in a four car garage that was built shortly after WW2. I was told that the system was discontinued in the mid-1950s. It lasted for over 70 years. My wife and I decided to replace all four garage doors with a new system, and Mr. Kruse called two associates who worked for many hours to design and order a complete replacement package. It doesn't get any better than that!

My garage door spring broke and I wasn't able to open the garage. Willy Rodriguez came out the same day to do the repair. He did an amazing job. Technician was great. Very satisfied with him. He was courteous, considerate, and professional. Only complaint is: I was told, over the telephone, that $89 diagnostic charge would be waived if I had work done. It was. But, I was also told that charge would then be $70 per 1/2 hour. Actual charge was $175 for 10 minute job in fixing opener WiFi connection. Charge was way higher than my expectation, based on telephone conversation with office. I was shocked.
