Service was very good and friendly. Chris was right on time. It’s a nice clean fast job. Call the 8 o’clock at night and they were there at 8 o’clock the next morning. However, I do feel the price was a little on the high side.

Everything was perfect, from the call to have someone come out (Alyssa: yesterday) to the technician who came out today to fix the garage door (Jeff Barron). The technician showed up on time, explained how he was going to replace the broken spring (so i could get my car out of the garage). His time estimate of 1 hour was accurate. The price for the repair was good and met my expectation for this type of repair. All in all, it was a pleasant and professional experience in every aspect.

I upgraded my springs, rollers, drums, cables and bearing plates in 2022. In 2025, the springs broke and was quoted over $800 for two new springs. With the upgrades I made 3 years ago, I would have expected a longer life span from the springs. Very disappointed.

I was shocked at how quickly they offered to diagnose and resolve the problem. Once Dave, my tech arrived, he was professional, efficient, and no nonsense in getting down to the business of repairing my door. My door is now updated with better parts and a flawless operation.
