Jose arrived on time and listen to all of my concerns. He explained everything that he was going to do. He diagnosed some serious issues on the center door. It had worn out parts and He replaced everything except the rails. The door never sounded better. One of the other doors just had a minor issue that was remedied easily. Jose was very professional, courteous, and punctual. He also gave me optional on parts replacement.

Jose, our garage door technician, called ahead to let us know he was on the way and he arrived on time. He was polite and professional while quickly identifying our concerns. After informing us of the issues, Jose offered various options for how to fix the problem. Then, he took care of everything the same day. Great service.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service based on the Google reviews for your company. It showed the company has a 4.9 rating which I feel is amazing! The service technician, Merrick Gayle, showed up exactly on time as promised. I found him to be pleasant, courteous, and professional in both in inspection of the door and related repair. He gave me multiple estimates from replacing the entire door all the way to basic minimum required repairs needed. With help from Merrick, I decided that the door itself was fine but I decided to do more than the minimum repair. I had the springs replaced, new bearings, new wheels, along with proper lubrication and required door balancing that Merrick recommended. Merrick was fast and efficient in the repair process. I was impressed with both his skills and knowledge relating to garage door repairing. All needed parts were on his truck and he had it working as good as new in a short time.
