My Service Tech Josue Pagan was awesome. He did a great job changing out the springs on my hurricane garage door. The adjustment was perfect after the springs were changed out. I highly recommend Precision Door.

I had Precision Door do a complete overhaul of my door in NY and they did a great job. Called the West Palm branch and Adrian came out and replaced the key pad and did a few other things to get me hooked up with the app on my phone. Purchased a Lift Master Door opener in 2021 from D&D. Called D&D for service and stated it was the opener, and the service receptionist did not know if they could fix it. A friend referred me to Precision, they fixed it. Simple as that, D&D sells them, but can't fix them, Go Figure? Thank You Tyrone, he knew his Lift Master Openers.

Power issues during Hurricane Milton took out the electronics board in one of our garage door openers. I called yesterday afternoon and Precision had a technician here this morning. Tommy, the tech, had the parts and completed the repair. He also installed surge protectors on all three of our openers and showed me how to lubricate the doors. A+
