Great experience. From making the appointment and scheduling, technician showed up on time, called to give me an update on expected arrival and did a great job once on site. Had to replace almost all of the hardware - springs, cables, rollers and adjust and reanchor everything.

Started out with a noisy door with a “not so smooth” roll up and down and a screw missing from a rail mounting bracket. Jeff B was super personable and very knowledgeable diagnosed my problems and came up with a solution. He worked fast, and did a great job. After installing new springs, bearings, cables, and rollers I can barely hear the drive motor run. Awesome Job

My garage door wouldn't close. I called right away in the morning and was greeted by a pleasant young woman and by that afternoon a technician named Jeff appeared at my door. He analyzed the problem and gave me three options as far as repair. I selected one and within an hour he replaced my springs, bearings, etc. I was thrilled. Such a nice guy! I will never call another company and probably won't have to since it was repaired properly. Five stars!!! ,

It began with your on the phone representative who scheduled the appointment, then your in the field representative who first called to confirm he was on his way and, then once at my home, explained what needed to be done and how he would do it in timely fashion. Response to our garage door problem was quick and efficient. Our tech, Ken, was quite knowledgeable and friendly and put us at ease.
