When the springs on my garage door broke, I called Precision who installed my beautiful new garage door about 5-years ago. They responded very promptly and were on-site in about an hour from my call. My service technician Jose did an exceptional job of repairing the door and installing the new springs to get me operational again. He was professional, courteous, his work was neat and he made sure everything was running perfectly before he left.

Called today to make an appointment to fix my garage door, which would not open all the way, I was thrilled to find out they could send someone the same day. The technician, Willy, was on time, friendly, and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem during the appointment. He showed me where and why the door wasn’t working, and what needed to be replaced. He replaced the springs, rollers, and cables and the garage door is fixed and opening and closing properly. I told Willy that I had had another garage door company come out prior, and that company told me that I needed new “everything”. I needed a new motor, a new track, new springs, new cables, new wheels, and it was going to be very expensive. Willy said that with a new support system, (the springs, cables, & wheels) the motor should have no problem lifting the door. And he was correct, once those were replaced the garage door opened up and closed just fine. There was nothing wrong with the motor like the other company said. I appreciate the technicians honesty, and because of that will go back to Precision Garage Door for any further repairs or replacement, as well as recommend them to others.
