I always feel that I’m in good hands when Precision shows up for service. My tech, Ken, is extremely professional. He gave me lots of options to choose from without including the sales “pitch”. Ultimately I opted for the long term replacement over the short term fix so I know that I’ll have reliable equipment for a long time!

I am so glad I called Precision to come fix my garage door. Ken was right on time he explained what was wrong and gave me options on what I wanted to do. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
