Rony was the best. Right on time, even a bit early which was fine with me. He explained "everything" in detail a woman would understand and now I have a fixed and tuned up garage door for a reasonable price. Tech’s came out ahead of schedule time (which was fine with me). Very professional and courteous. The reason I went with precision was they new there product they ordered me a insulated door with vents so it meet code, other companies said there were no insulated doors with vents.

Very disappointed. When i called, i was told the technician would have ALL size springs with him, none costing more than $189 per. When the technician arrives, he determines that it is a "commercial" door. He has to go find the correct spring and then tells me the cost is almost DOUBLE the quote. Although he was polite, that is totally unacceptable!

Our tech Jeremy was on time, very professional and really good at repairs. My garage door is old fashioned wood, really heavy and was noisy as heck. A cable broke and caused the service call. I can’t believe how quiet and smooth the door works. Great job Jeremy. I’ll request you again if we need service.
