Awesome service. Installers came on time and finished the job on time. They cleaned the area after they were done.....they even made sure there were not nails or screws left behind that could damage my car's tires. Very thorough and detailed. Great service! William kept me informed of his schedule before he arrived and did excellent work on my door. He installed a new kit, with springs, belt, rollers & electronic unit. (My door & rails were o.k.) He did a great job. My door was on the chain system so was very noisy when it was working. It is now so quiet, I don't have to worry about waking up the neighbors when I open it. One of my neighbors stopped by to see the work William had done so I'm sure he will be contacting Precision too. I have already recommended Precision to a friend of mine, who has a broken door so she probably will be calling too. William even brought cookies for my doxie! All in all, a great experience. I wish all companies had this kind of excellent customer service.

He carefully explained three options for us to consider and what made them different. We were very impressed with his explanations of what they could offer in a very low key manner.
