We never give ratings on line but in this instance it was warranted. Our technician, Alex, arrived on time and with all the equipment needed to repair our garage door springs. The job was done fast and clean. He was professional, courteous and explained why the spring broke and what to look for in the event we have another problem. Technicians were great!!!! They were very professional and they cleaned everything up before they left. They even cleaned the back of the garage door, which had a few smudges on it. Awesome!!! One note: They did mention that my new Chamberlain Garage Door Opener with Wifi would cost $30/month to use the app on my phone. This is incorrect. There is no monthly charge.

Outstanding job Sean. Technicians were on time and extremely professional. The entire garage door and hardware was replaced. They were very concerned about keeping the work site cleaner than they arrived. The product installed was perfectly. They also recommended and installed a new opener which basically eliminated all the previous noise. I can't even hear the door open/close anymore. It was nice to finally have a company install a product correctly and professionally. Well done!

One first-class company that is professional from first contact on the phone to getting a receipt quickly by email. Technician Bobby Rivera called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He examined the whole door system, not just the broken springs, and clearly gave us options -- good, better, best. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. Mr. Rivera completed the work in less than an hour and tested the mechanism thoroughly before he left. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. These guys have earned their A+ rating from the BBB.

What a first class business! Making an appointment that fit my schedule was a breeze. The tech that showed up, Bobby and I forgot the other techs name, arrived right on time. From start to finish, Precision Garage Door company was courteous and professional. Our old door quit working and their service technician Eric came promptly and did the inspection. We needed to replace the door and chose Precision based on their add to check other customers comments and their quality workmanship. The installers Sean & and Hector arrived and completed the work as promised. They even told me how to maintain the door to keep it in good running condition! I laughingly told Dawn in the office who set everything up that we benefited twice since our garage needed to be cleaned and cleared to allow room for the install, Resulting in a beautiful and quiet door plus a garage that can be used again. Precision has a very reliable service. I have used them 2 times now, one time for a general checkup because the garage door was making lot of noise. The next time when the springs in the garage door has to be replaced after 10 years. Both time, customer service was prompt in sending the technician at the right time. Bobby, the technician who came in both times was excellent in providing options and workmanship was very good.
