Short answer, yes. The work was just exactly as related to me by the repairman. (William). There was no pressure and no canned sales pitch. He told me that the problem was man made and in effect I could have done without any repairs but there were some issues that I needed to be aware of. Parts and labor were available at that time and I was informed of the cost before and work was performed . Technician Eric came to our home on 10/31/2014. He was very professional and patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable. Gave us his recommendations and did an excellent job with the repairs. Now, my garage door opens and we do not even hear it that's how good the repairs were made. I am very glad I contacted Precision for my garage door repair. I will definitely will be contacting them in the future and will recommend them to friends and families.
