Short answer, yes. The work was just exactly as related to me by the repairman. (William). There was no pressure and no canned sales pitch. He told me that the problem was man made and in effect I could have done without any repairs but there were some issues that I needed to be aware of. Parts and labor were available at that time and I was informed of the cost before and work was performed .
