I chose Precision Door Service based on BBB reviews, and the way customer complaints were handled. Technicians arrived within 90 minutes of my first contact. Everything needed was on the truck -- no wait for parts to be ordered. After an inspection, I was offered options (with prices) for additional parts and services. There was no "up-selling" pressure -- just a straightforward presentation of the options. The agreed upon tasks were timely completed, and the technicians performed in a workmanlike manner. Amanda Uys was the technician that reviewed our aging garage door and then walked us through the options for the installation of a new hurricane-strengthened garage door by Precision Garage Door Service of South Florida. I quickly noticed that Amanda didn't give us the dreaded pressure of a "hard sales" pitch. She was very knowledgeable, factual, answered all questions with expertise, took all the required measurements, and never showed she was in a hurry to "seal the deal". From this viewpoint alone, I became a big fan of Precision Garage Door Services. Additionally, Amanda was just a really personable individual, she was funny, pleasant, respectful and patient. Amanda is a beyond-excellent representative for your company, and she serves as your ambassador to your potential clientele. I was left with the feeling of exceptional customer service, and with the confidence that I was doing the right thing to replace my garage door, specifically with Precision Garage Door. My original plan was to get a quote and then shop around a bit with several other companies but after our "Amanda experience", I immediately abandoned that plan and went with Precision Garage Door. Just an exceptional visit, Amanda is to be congratulated for her customer service and for just being an all-around nice person.

My ancient Garage Door motor died Good Friday (night) after many years of service. We have been in our house 38 years. We knew this day would come. At 9 pm (to my surprise) Precision Door was taking calls until 10pm. I was quickly set up with an appointment for Saturday (10am-noon). By 2pm (less than 24 hours) my entire system was up and running with new motor, springs, rollers, pulleys. QUIET, SMOOTH running operation. LOGAN was FANTASTIC. He programmed the hand held remotes, the vehicle garage door opener buttons, the exterior wall entry key pad and walked us through the phone app. AMAZING PRODUCT. GREAT COMPANY. FANTASTIC TECHNICIAN. While the work is as good as anybody, price is not. They are very pricey. Almost feels like got ripped off given the urgency. Would I hire them again, probably not.

I was very impressed with Precision Door and it’s technicians. Not only did they come out on a Saturday but they came to my home on an emergency basis and arrived earlier than expected. They really went above and beyond to help me out of a jam. My technicians were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful! They explained all my options very thoroughly so I was able to make an informed decision and they didn’t rush away when they were done but stayed to explain all the new technology to me and patiently answered all my questions. Our door opener quit after 13 yrs & the original company is out of business so based on online reviews I took a chance with Precision. Glad I did. Merrick showed up on time the next day and replaced the opener in less than 2 hrs. Fast, friendly and efficien

I checked on Precision Doors and the rating was great. I called and made an appointment- they came the same day. Had a problem with the noise openning and closing. When the technician got to my home - Adam- he checked and told me exactly what the problem was. He was Fantastic! He explained what was needed and recommended. He took his time and fixed the problem. I must add Adam was personable, new what he was doing and took his time to fix the problem. My garage doors work like new. I would highly recommend Precision Doors and will now only work with this company. Again I must add that Adam was Great!!! He said just wait until I’m done/ and he was so right! He said my reaction to the doors opening and closing after he fixed it was just what he wanted to see. Over all Fantastic!! I would rate this and Adam AAAAAAA Plus.
