Zach showed up right on schedule and gave me a number of options for repairing and improving my original equipment garage door. I choose the option to upgrade worn parts and broken parts and Zach completed the repairs and replacements the same day and did a very professional job. Alex, my technician, was timely on same day arrival. He did a thorough assessment of the problem with my door, and clearly explained and demonstrated the problem with the spring, and imbalance of the door with the motor. Although the quote seemed high, he did the work precisely, after a thorough explanation of the mechanics, and his work is warranted. He was very polite, clean and pleasant.
