Excellent prompt service. I highly recommend this company. My garage door latch disconnected Thursday evening. I called a lake park company and they couldn’t repair the door until Tuesday. Then I called precision and they came out late this afternoon Saturday and fixed my garage door. Jose was the experienced technician who fixed my garage door and he represented Precision well.

Alex, my technician, was timely on same day arrival. He did a thorough assessment of the problem with my door, and clearly explained and demonstrated the problem with the spring, and imbalance of the door with the motor. Michael was quick, professional, and excellent at explaining estimates in order for me to understand these springs and cable repairs.
