My service tech Merrick went above and beyond for my garage repair. Merrick is the type of guy I could hang out with watching the game at a local sports grill. The sensors and remotes are now working, and the new wheels make the garage almost silent. My only disappointment was the MYQ app not linking to the MYQ garage door opener. I'm surprised they don't have hubs available for installation, but it's something cheap and simple that I can do myself.

Service person was very polite and did try to do all I asked for. She did set up a new hand held garage door opener but could not set up the control in my car nor myQ for my phone. It cost me $95 for the remote and $25 "gas charge". When I asked the attendant who scheduled the appointment what the cost would be she said the service person would let me know. Surely she knew about the $25 gas charge.

Late in day, the Spring that provides the lift energy to raise the garage door broke. I called Precision and got an appointment for early the next morning. Logan, the technician, showed on time, explained what was needed and worked efficiently to replace the old spring with a superior new spring in a relatively short time. The result is a quieter, more efficient garage door. This is what a service call is supposed to be. My only wish is that Precision was in other home businesses as I would surely use them for any work I needed.

Our house was built in 2001, & I was so pleased to discover that The Precision company was still in business 25 years later. Their sticker was still on our garage door, so we called the number to get our remote garage door opener replaced. Two gentlemen came out the next day, & programmed a new remote for us. They were friendly, courteous, & very professional. The new remote works great. I would highly recommend this company.

Called 4:30pm Friday, Eyron arrived early Saturday, diagnosed and installed a new door opener. Also adjusted the springs which Precision installed two years ago. The company and Eyron are extremely professional. Being available Saturday is a big benefit to consumers. Definitely will recommend them to my friends.
