I replaced one garage door opener about 5 years ago...did the works with new springs, upgraded rollers, and new belt drive motor. Zero issues and super quiet...we have bedrooms above garage so it is wonderful. We use our secondary garage door less, but when the old system went down I just called them again and in 2 hours they were here and another 2 hours they were done.

Going with Precision was a really easy process. Everyone from sales to permit assistance and installation guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Having the ability to work through paperwork digitally on the iPad with them works great. Only suggestion is to make your invoicing capable of taking a card for the tip for the installation guys when they are done since few people have cash these days.

We had service today on our garage door the technician Edwin Cody was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what I need to repair my door and also how to take care of my doors. My experience with Precision has been great to date. I called and received an appointment the same day, Technician Rony C called ahead and arrived on time. He was very polite and pleasantly explained the options and the associated costs that I could choose from. I chose to replace the garage door and am in the early stages of getting the installation done. Once the installation is complete I will update my experience.

5 stars When calling for the appointment, the girl was very thorough with what my service was going to entail, then went over all my information to make sure all was accurate. Rony, our tech, called ahead to inform me of his arrival time and then showed on time. He explained my options and quoted a proposal. We agreed o that and the work was done and done right in a timely manner. I wish all service companies operated like Precision. Thank you all for your great service. We will recommend to others.
