Jeff arrived promptly as promised and was extremely professional. I was requesting a new door and he was honest and above board enough to tell me I did not need a new door. He took the time to answer my questions and by the time he left my "old" garage door had all brand new moving parts and was working like new. Thank you Jeff. Great job!!!

My experience with them was great. I got an appt the day after I called and it was the day after Hurricane Dorian. The repairman Warri Ed early, called before coming to make sure it was okay. He was very polite, took him only a few minutes to figure out what was needed, gave me the estimate and completed the work in the time he estimated.

Teddy came for a service call after I made the mistake of having another company come out for spring replacement. Teddy was very friendly, informative, he did an inspection of our entire garage door and components and made recommendations for things that should be done in the future. He did not pressure me like the other company did and I feel very confident and grateful for his honesty, integrity and professionalism. I have Precision on speed dial and will continue to recommend them to anyone. I will never make the mistake of going with any other company again. I originally called Precision due to hearing my favorite radio personalities talk so highly of this company. My husband had nothing but good things to say about his interaction with Jeff and the information and work he provided. Good customer service is hard to come by today and that is exactly what we received. We had some repair work done today including a spring replacement, and will call again in the future with any and all of our needs.

William came out, called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Explained very clearly what was wrong with workings on our 20 year old garage door. He was very professional and knowledgeable- he returned to program garage door opener with my car for me. We are very very pleased with this company, have used them before in an emergency - they came out on a Sunday to install new spring several years ago so we could get car out of garage.

Nathan showed up promptly on time, with a call before, to let us know he was on his way. The work he performed was exemplary. One of our doors, six months new, needed a minor adjustment to eliminate noise. He eliminated it and made other adjustments to make it even quieter. He is at the top of the list for quality work completed. I was very impressed and happy with the repair.
