The springs on our garage door broke and, coincidentally, there was a Precision garage door repair truck at my neighbor’s house. The technician recommemded that I call the office to make an appt for a repair, which I immediately did. By 3 P.M. we,had a techician here for the repair. He did an excellent job repairing our door and was the most knowledgeable and kind person, name of David. He even put a new light bulb into the opener for me. Thank you for a job well done.

Precision came out as scheduled and replaced my existing door opener which was worn and very loud. The original tech did a nice job but missed a few minor things which we discovered with further use of the new operating system. Precision then sent someone else a few days later to review the installation and made some minor adjustments which solved all of my concerns. I am a repeat customer and have been highly satisfied with their work.

Great Service!!! Rony was very knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. He called before coming, asked questions regarding our issue and then explained what needed to be done along with the cost before going forward, after the repair, he showed us what was done, suggested a surge protector to avoid problems with power outages and what to look for if another problem occurred. The sensors needed replaced which the previous service provider should have done. They took advantage of us and overcharged. We made a Great move by choosing Precision. Would recommend to friends and family. Also, love the email showing who was coming and telling us about them before they arrived.

This company delivered exactly as promised. The installers, Logan and Gary, were very professional, courteous, took their time to explain everything, and answered all of my questions. Our garage door opener broke on a Sunday, but we were able to contact Precision Door Service that same day and schedule a visit for the following Monday. We were certain we would need to replace the entire opener. Jeremy, our technician, arrived as scheduled, evaluated the problem, recommended a course of action and then did the necessary repairs. We did not need a new opener, but simply a replacement of some parts which should have been changed when the door was installed. So we were pleasantly surprised at the resolution. Can't say enough for both the company and for Jeremy. I know if I encounter any problem in the future, who I most certainly will call. Jeremy is a credit to Precision as well. Great experience - will not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing service.
