Used twice over 2 years for different reasons and excellent on-time courteous service. I REALLY trust this company as they are thorough from beginning to end and very detailed about the quality of work. Sean (Technician) took the time to explain the what, why and how it broke and how to maintain after breakage. No additional parts added and existing pieces in good condition were kept meaning no hidden charges. I will use again and recommend to neighbors. Part that broke, Springs on 13 yr old home. Also, replaced cables (too much slack) and center bracket with sealed bearings. The old one was plastic! Garage is whisper quiet!!

Upon arrival he was friendly and listen to my concerns, upon walking out to the garage he noticed the problem right away and explained the situation, pointing each issue out to me. He allowed me time to get in contact with my husband regarding the need for repair and then went to work. He finished in a timely manner and then pointed out all the repairs for me and gave me his contact info, in case my husband had any questions for him.

In my newly purchased house, That I had lovingly renovated, the remote given to me would not make the garage door move. I originally called simply for your company to give me working remotes, programmed to my existing garage door opener. Mike came out, on time, (with Kyle, who he was training) and we discussed my needs. While he was programming new remotes for me, he was educating me on how my current garage door opener worked and the equipment it was using, how long each should last and when/how to replace. I didn't feel pushed at all, but as I'd had to fix SO MUCH in this house, I went ahead and asked him to replace the mechanisms that actually lift and lower the door. So, even if the motor died, I would be able to lift/lower the door, myself. He was done in a timely manner, with very little mess. Great! Well, great for a whole day...then, it began making horrible sounds and I had to lift/lower it manually. Man, was I really doubting what had gone on, but Mike had left his card and said to call with any problems. So, I call on Saturday night, and he shows up, again, bright and early on Sunday morning. Turns out, some screws attaching the door to the drive-chain-thingie were loose and just "let go". It had NOTHING to do with the work Mike and Kyle had done on the Friday before! Mike showed up, fixed it, apologized (though it was unrelated to anything he had done) and I was most-reassured that this company was great and that when my garage door motor poops out, Precision is the company and Mike is the guy I will call to replace it. Lifetime warranties mean no worry for me and that's awesome!! Thanks so much, guys! 5 stars all the way!!

I, recently, moved to Florida and wasn't familiar with how my existing garage door needed to be prepared for a hurricane. Initially, I thought the "posts" that needed to be used for extra support were missing and called Precision Door. Dave arrived for my service call, found the support posts, and explained how and where the they needed to be placed. In addition, he provided information on purchasing a new door that would meet the most recent hurricane codes and, also, be easier to operate. He was pleasant, helpful, and, based on his assistance, I would recommend and use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.
