I would like to let you know that Hector who handled my service call was not only professional but very honest. The original springs that were installed he said were not correct and caused the current problem with the gear shearing. He then replaced the springs with the correct springs the door after he had already fixed the broken gear. Needless to say I was very impressed with your companies 100% satisfaction policy and with Hector's honesty.

Service was promised during a 2 hour window on a Saturday. With 40 min left in the window the technician called and stated he was still working on a job that would take another 3 hours! He cancelled the visit and told me to call the toll free number to reschedule. They rescheduled for the next day. Repair was great and efficient. He arrived on time and was pleasant. No issues there. I resent having to loose 2 weekend days waiting for the repair. The first tech knew well in advance that he could not possibly have made the appointment in time and could have given me the courtesy of a call much earlier.

Had a great experience scheduling the appointment, they were very educated about my issue and were able to get a technician out the next day. The tech was on on time! He called and quoted me a price for two springs that needed to be replaced, so I approved and he installed. After the work was done, he called back and said he actually had to use bigger springs and they were about $70 more than quoted. I stated that I would not pay the additional amount, because I didn't approve those springs and he should have known this garage door needed those bigger springs from the get go. After a long conversation, he was able to edit the price to the originally quoted price. It wasn't the best experience, but they did the work in a timely manner.

Chose your company because when I called for estimate, call taker was knowledgeable and straight forward with price. Gave me a range and actual price was in the middle. I was given a 4 hour window and Hector (service man) called prior and said he would be towards end of window and that he would give me 20 minute lead time when he was on his way. Hector seemed knowledgeable and professional, explained what he would do, and showed me final price befire starting job. Job was completed quickly and profeddionally. I will reccomend you to all my friends and neighbors.

Communication was great, from the initial email confirmation to the 20 minute notice before my appointment. Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options, from just my spring repair, to upgrading some of the components. There was no pressure on any of the pricier options and it was good to know I can have those upgrades done at a later date for the same price. A great overall experience and highly recommended!

Appointment was for 8-12 window Todd was here promptly at 7:50, went right to work found problem told what he recommended and got to work. After complete evaluation showed me problems, gave me options to repair with no pressure to purchase anything gave me the price and got job done. Cleaned up could not even tell he was here. The presentation, the graphics and information that is provided and available for customers to read and make an informed decision. The service was for the garage door, it would not close completely and the wire was tangled with the pole, the tracks were also misaligned. This occurred in the evening and we were not willing to leave the garage door open all night. We placed a call and based on our previous expereince with Hector, we requested him again and as the previous time it was an excellent experience, Hector's work is second to none. Again, thank you for your patience, understanding and professionalism.

Precision was recommended by a next door neighbor. I had an emergency when door came off of track. Precision told me not to attempt to move door as wires could cause serious personal injuries. They said they would have a man out between 2-6PM. Alex called at 1:30 and advised he would be at my home at 2PM. At 2PM , he arrived at my home and he reviewed the damages and gave me a price. He then started working and repaired the problem. He put in a couple of 7" rollers. He recommended replacing all the rollers in the double door and then straighten the rails and had the door working as good, if not better than when it was installed new. He was right as the rollers made the door run smoother and quieter. He was very professional and extremely efficient. He knew what had to be done and repaired the door to my satisfaction. Thank you for the professional and quick repairs, and most of all for the quick service, which as you know in Florida is rare to find.
