The 2 service technicians were very helpful. We had a broken spring, but we chose to go with 2 new springs, all new bearings, new cables, & all new nylon rollers since the house is 10+ years old. Big thanks to the guys for there help on a Saturday & their quick service.

The statement service 24/7, was a drawing point. Unfortunately, we had to wait until morning to have the work done. In all fairness it was 9pm when we called. The door was fixed 13 hours later and the service man was very good. Thank you.

Mr. Eric Dennison called to let me know at what time he was coming for our appointment on Sept.4, this is the first thing that tells me your company is dependable. Mr. Dennison was very informative and a pleasant person to talk to. This was a meeting for an estimate to replace an existing garage door with a new hurricane proof door. I was very impressed with your company. I will be considering hiring your company for the job. Thank You, Joe Adornetto

The presentation, the graphics and information that is provided and available for customers to read and make an informed decision. The service was for the garage door, it would not close completely and the wire was tangled with the pole, the tracks were also misaligned. This occurred in the evening and we were not willing to leave the garage door open all night. We placed a call and based on our previous expereince with Hector, we requested him again and as the previous time it was an excellent experience, Hector's work is second to none. Again, thank you for your patience, understanding and professionalism.

Precision was recommended by a next door neighbor. I had an emergency when door came off of track. Precision told me not to attempt to move door as wires could cause serious personal injuries. They said they would have a man out between 2-6PM. Alex called at 1:30 and advised he would be at my home at 2PM. At 2PM , he arrived at my home and he reviewed the damages and gave me a price. He then started working and repaired the problem. He put in a couple of 7" rollers. He recommended replacing all the rollers in the double door and then straighten the rails and had the door working as good, if not better than when it was installed new. He was right as the rollers made the door run smoother and quieter. He was very professional and extremely efficient. He knew what had to be done and repaired the door to my satisfaction. Thank you for the professional and quick repairs, and most of all for the quick service, which as you know in Florida is rare to find.

Have used you in Tampa, but this was my parents house in Atlantis. Set up work for when I was there on business. Installer Eric called in sick I found out when I called at 11:45 during my 9-12 window. Had to catch a flight so postponed until next day when installer taking Eric's place said it would be 4 hours later. Eric put in new motor next morning but just left cord dangling. For $570 I expected total installation as it is an easy splice into existing cord and hook up door to chain. House has sold since and inspector put on report garage door inopperable. Expected the job to be done after paying that much.

Precision door repaired my garage door after I was somewhat skeptical. They came within the time frame promised. Once here they were very professional and polite. There was a misunderstanding that we had in price, but it was immediately taken care of. I will again call them should I need repairs done as they were very fair, apologetic, accommodating, thorough and especially prompt. It is always a pleasure doing business with people who are as customer service oriented as they are. I RECOMMEND THEM 100%........DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL THEM!!!!! Thank you Precision!!!!

I choose your company because of how well organized and detailed your web site is and availability. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional we discussed the issues at hand and after weighing my options, I decided that my best course of action both equipment and financially was to replace the garage door openner. In a matter of minutes, the job was completed, I was given detailed instructions on how to properly operate the equipment as well. Overall rating would have been a ten. Thank you Hector!!!

In 2011, we had Precision Garage Door install an opener, rollers, spring, cable & keypad at our home in TN - we were extremely happy with the service & the quality of the operation of installed parts. We transferred to FL 12/2014 needed a new garage door opener, rollers, & keypad so we called Precision - Eric was the technician came and we were extremely happy with his honesty and workmanship. On 5-4-2015 called Precision - bottom panel of exiting door was rotted and wanted to replace the panel if possible or get a price on replacing door entirely. Robert Astrologo came out - after researching he determined the panel couldn't be replaced - so quoted the price of a new door. He also addressed the issue with the rotting bottom panel on the old door - I was thrilled that there was a solution (water puddles so he showed me how the door could be installed to hit the garage floor instead of the driveway). Also indicated that he would order wider trim that wraps around the outside of the garage - this would eliminate the need to make repairs/touch ups after door was installed...of coarse I wanted to have the new door installed - it solved all the problems and more!! 5-27-2015 Bobby the installer arrived with the new door. We discussed the install and I reviewed the "special installation" instructions as per the salesman Robert. I was informed that it would violate code and that they could not install the door as I had been told. In addition, the wider trim wasn't anything that they could do as well. Bobby called Robert and he denied ever saying any of this to me??? Where would a homeowner without construction knowledge come up with this. Robert called Bobby back later and indicated that he had the water issue only with me??? I did have the door installed b/c they had $900 of my money and I didn't want to deal with return fees or whatever might come up. Bottom Line: I felt violated being called a liar and being lied to. Bobby the technician was excellent with the installation of the door, very understanding - never accused me of lying. If you are considering calling Precision - I would recommend Bobby or Eric. Run from Robert! Before the technicians left I had a phone conversation with the franchise owner. He apologize for the entire situation and agreed that Robert was the master mind behind the "solution" to my problem b/c the common homeowner would not have that type of construction knowledge. Nothing was offered to me for having to deal with this but in the end we are extremely happy with the door - it is quiet, efficient and looks great.

I could not be more pleased with the two replacement garage doors, Robert, Bobby, and Andrew were perfect and professional. An awesome job, nothing but praises, not one issue from start to finish. Would recommend Precision over the other 2 companies I consulted, not even close! Cool, quiet, sturdy, doors with over the top install and sales, what else can I say!

Today I had the pleasure of having Precision Door Service complete a spring replacement on our garage door. The technician (Eric D.) was fantastic. He called when he was about 20 minutes away, showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and did an absolutely perfect job. He even left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. Of all the times I've ever had any in-home service performed, this was hands-down the best experience I've ever had. I would recommend Eric and Precision to everyone who has any issues with their garage door.

Called Precision on recommendation from neighbor and response from phone to door less than 2 hours. I thought all I needed was a new belt (broken in half ) but Eric explained that the whole unit must be replaced. It was only 12yrs old so I guess it was time. After a price shock, new Garage door opener was up and running in 1 hour. very happy with service.. Thanks Eric....

Have had Precision Garage door systems now at two homes we have lived at. The systems are extremely quiet and never had any issues with them once they were installed. Every service technician that has come to our home whether to install or give an estimate has been kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Would recommend Precision Door Service for any garage door issues/problems!
