What a quality experience from beginning to end. I called another company first, who promised a return call in twenty minutes and never called back! I called Precision next, and had a technician scheduled within two hours. Willy arrived in less than two hours, diagnosed our problem, explained why it happened, and had it repaired in no time, leaving the garage like he found it! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable for sure. Willy was the best. Great company. Fantastic technician. Highly recommend Precision!

Horrible experience!!!!! They will tell you 250$ to fix your garage spring so that you will agree to the service then when they get to your house they will jack the price up to over 600$! If you deny the service they will charge you 89$ so basically no matter what it’s a win win for them because at the end of the day they are getting paid regardless!!! Life is hard on everyone economy is high for everyone for people to take 89$ from you

We saw Precision door service at the home show and took advantage of their show special to inspect our garage door We knew our opener was on its last legs Our hurricane proof door had been installed with only a 1/3 HP motor!. Merrick Gayle came out and gave us a good price for the new opener and replaced the rollers and bottom gasket and adjusted the door and tightened every nut on the door Our door is like new, low noise and it has all of the my Q features (camera, remote key pad and access via my Iphone) I highly recommend Merrick and Precision Door service

Jose was great! I signed up for a free tuneup at a home show and I got my days confused. They came on the wrong day cuz I mixed it up and they still did a great job and educated me about future issues I need to look out for.

The spring on my garage door broke unexpectedly and when I scheduled an appointment online I was able to have a service tech come out the next morning to replace it. Tyrone was my service tech and he was amazing. He was very professional, personable and he patiently explained all the options available to me. He did quality work and the pride in his job and delivering excellent customer service really showed in his work. I'm glad I called Precision and that Tyrone was my service tech. He was really great to work with.

I chose Precision Doors, since they installed 2 new doors a number of years back and did an outstanding job. I chose the powder coated doors, which will never change & will not ever need to be painted. Then & now, the techs were very nice and professional!

Chose Precision Door Service based on a Google search. They were highly rated with positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. Jose showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, quickly diagnosed the problems and provided estimates with options. Jose then completed the repairs within the promised timeframe, and made sure all the mechanisms and remotes were working correctly before he left. I will definitely use Precision Door Service again, and highly recommend them.

Jose Espinoza did an excellent repair for our garage door this morning, replacing a broken spring and resetting the door travel One spring broke last night and I called before 8 AM this morning and Jose came to our house around 9:30 AM and had the garage door totally repaired just after 11AM This was a professional quick repair, based on my 40 years of being a mechanical project engineer myself
