Had a bad experience with my last Garage Door company and vowed if I ever needed service on my Garage door I would call Precision because I have seen them in my neighborhood often. Chris came out did a all points check fixed the problem and pointed out two major things we need to fix real soon. I thank you for sending a excellent service person out was a pleasure. You will be my go to for the future and I will tell my neighbors in Summer Chase

The young lady that took by call was polite, knowledgeable, and showed a sense of urgency for my need of a same day appointment to fix my door that was stuck in the open position with a broken cable. I called for service at 8:00 am and had a service person at my door at 10 am - amazing. The service person, Michael, recognized and diagnosed the problem immediately, also noticed several other impending safety concerns that needed to be addressed and he could fix while at the house if I wanted and quoted the cost before starting the work. He clearly knew what needed to be done, took time to show me where the problem areas were and then worked quickly and efficiently to replace the broken parts and repair the door, cleaning up after he was finished. No question about who we will call if there is a next time or who we will recommend to our friends and neighbors.

Garage door keypad was replaced by Adrian. Very pleasant to work with. And he got my car button to open the door! It hadn't worked for years. I recommend Precision Garage Door for sure.

Precision Garage Doors has given my home excellent and efficient care. They installed the My Q garage door openers and have been great with follow up service. I had an issue yesterday with my original install ( 2010 ). The company quickly responded with a professional service representative and in very timely way. I would recommend highly. C.Spear

It all started with a unique Instagram Reel that showed a local, high-quality, friendly, and honest service provider. I didn't respond right away because I've been fooled before. Taking the risk and still needing someone to fix an improperly repaired garage door messed up by my previous repairman, I took a chance and booked an estimate. I couldn't have been more happy. Tommy was prompt, professional, and complete. The work was top-notch and quick. The price was negotiated, and I didn't get any unexpected new charges after the work began. Top-notch work, top-notch service, great people, and great company. Thanks!

Outstanding service by a top notch very knowledgeable tech, Jose Espinoza. I scheduled a service call online at 10am for a noon-2p time slot. Jose arrived before 2 and was finished by 3:15. Replacement parts (springs, rollers, etc) are all superior to the original parts. Highly recommended if you want a job done right.

We have used Precision Garage Door / Precision Door Service of South Florida for many years and have never had a problem with them. They are knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. Their salesman/service installers are honest, very neat, and thoughtful when installing garage door openers or Garage Doors. Specifically, Tyler Wakefield is an amazing employee who goes above and beyond during a service call, and installation and explains how everything works. He did a great job and left the job site very clean.

Precision has been servicing and maintaining my garage door for several years now. Their work is always prompt, thorough and reasonable priced. I particularly appreciate the professionalism of Logan, our most recent serviceman. He did an excellent job, all in under an hour. There's no other garage door service in the Palm Beach area I would use!

If you have any issues with your garage, recommend contacting Precision Door Service!! They sent their technician’s profile and qualifications prior to his arrival. Tommy was on time, thorough and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and gave us all the options to address the problem without attempting to upsell us. He empowered a sense of trust which was important to me. He also and offered hints and tips to keep the garage doors operating efficiently.

Our outside pad stopped working. We got our our booklet to try to fix the problem ourselves. We found that everything we tried did not work. Therefore a call to Precision Garage door was in order. I was quite surprised at the service tech that was sent to our house. Mr. Jose Espinoza arrived at the beginning of the window assigned. (That's a first for service, as usually all service people arrive towards the end of the window.) Jose Espinoza was professional. He patiently explained several potential problems with our door which although not immediately a major problem could become one within a short period of time. I'm not St Joseph with the tools or a mechanical wizard, and Jose explained and showed me by giving a Garage door tour for me. I understand the workings of the door much better now. Jose was very patient and answered all my questions professionally yet friendly, never talking down or at me (as some tech tend to do). The company sure has an excellent service technician in Mr. Espinoza. I am hard to impress when it comes to customer service, but I was very impressed with his customer service.

Willy Rodrigues was our technician for an emergency repair of a broken garage door spring on a Saturday afternoon while I had guests visiting from England, locking the car up in the garage. Willy answered the call very promptly , as promised and after an explanation of the suggested repair process, finished the job with the promised time frame, very professionally. My regular garage co. promised and not keep their word and were on available Monday the following week, which was very inconvenient . Willy did great JOB, PROMPTLY, PROFESSIONALLY AND PROMPTLY. Thank you Willy and Precision Door Service for a 5 star service. ICC

Tommy was great. Arrived on time. Explained the problem with my current garage door opener and offered three options to solve the problem. Job was completed in three hours as projected and we're back in business. Tommy also repaired my golf cart garage opener remote free of charge. I highly recommend Precision Garage Opener.
