We have used Precision Garage Door / Precision Door Service of South Florida for many years and have never had a problem with them. They are knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. Their salesman/service installers are honest, very neat, and thoughtful when installing garage door openers or Garage Doors. Specifically, Tyler Wakefield is an amazing employee who goes above and beyond during a service call, and installation and explains how everything works. He did a great job and left the job site very clean.

Our outside pad stopped working. We got our our booklet to try to fix the problem ourselves. We found that everything we tried did not work. Therefore a call to Precision Garage door was in order. I was quite surprised at the service tech that was sent to our house. Mr. Jose Espinoza arrived at the beginning of the window assigned. (That's a first for service, as usually all service people arrive towards the end of the window.) Jose Espinoza was professional. He patiently explained several potential problems with our door which although not immediately a major problem could become one within a short period of time. I'm not St Joseph with the tools or a mechanical wizard, and Jose explained and showed me by giving a Garage door tour for me. I understand the workings of the door much better now. Jose was very patient and answered all my questions professionally yet friendly, never talking down or at me (as some tech tend to do). The company sure has an excellent service technician in Mr. Espinoza. I am hard to impress when it comes to customer service, but I was very impressed with his customer service.

Willy Rodrigues was our technician for an emergency repair of a broken garage door spring on a Saturday afternoon while I had guests visiting from England, locking the car up in the garage. Willy answered the call very promptly , as promised and after an explanation of the suggested repair process, finished the job with the promised time frame, very professionally. Horrible experience!!!!! They will tell you 250$ to fix your garage spring so that you will agree to the service then when they get to your house they will jack the price up to over 600$! If you deny the service they will charge you 89$ so basically no matter what it’s a win win for them because at the end of the day they are getting paid regardless!!! Life is hard on everyone economy is high for everyone for people to take 89$ from you

We saw Precision door service at the home show and took advantage of their show special to inspect our garage door We knew our opener was on its last legs Our hurricane proof door had been installed with only a 1/3 HP motor!. Merrick Gayle came out and gave us a good price for the new opener and replaced the rollers and bottom gasket and adjusted the door and tightened every nut on the door Our door is like new, low noise and it has all of the my Q features (camera, remote key pad and access via my Iphone) I highly recommend Merrick and Precision Door service

The spring on my garage door broke unexpectedly and when I scheduled an appointment online I was able to have a service tech come out the next morning to replace it.
