Alex provided the repair to our garage door today. Springs needed to be replaced. He was excellent and ensured everything operated properly before leaving. The only reason a 4 star and not a 5 was not Alex, but because the pricing was a bit higher than expected. The range for springs quoted is broad - $109-$189 if I recall. Of course, my springs were at the higher end. I was able to describe the garage door and size, with that information, I anticipated a tightened up quote. The price was roughly $100 more than the competition. However, with that said, if these springs do have a cycle life upwards of 20,000 cycles compared to the competition which is closer to 10,000 cycles, then it is well worth it. Only time will tell! Also, another primary reason I chose Precision - they offered a Military discount which I greatly appreciate as a veteran! Many companies do not and that is valuable to me, not just the 10%, but being appreciated goes a long way. Thank you Precision and thank you Alex!

Excellent service above and beyond. Saturday service call which was priced fairly and the technician, Noah, who repaired the door was on time, courteous, quick and professional. The garage door installers on my my job are A1. If you are replacing an old door here in Florida, you may need to have some adjustments to make room for the new door. I have my air conditioner in my garage the ducts had to be made smaller to accommodate the new door tracks an A/C company. My suggestions to Percision is have a team who can do this and more, one source. Thanks for a great installation.

New nylon rollers installed on Friday, June 12,2015 did not significantly change the amount of noise the garage doors make when opening and closing. My new garage door is only one year old and makes so much noise still. I do believe it should close much more quietly now that I had the rollers installed.

They fully explained every step of my new garage door installation; made me feel confident/safe about my decisions. Robert (sales technician) was amazingly informative, upfront and honest.
