First, you responded quickly to my problem. Robert Rivera came over and presented us with 2 options which I appreciated since I know very little about garage doors. We chose an option and Robert quickly responded and set up an installation time. The work seemed very good and he seemed to be a real "stand up" guy. I got the feeling he didn't just install, he really wanted me to be happy He achieved that goal. I was truly pleased with him and the company.

I got your name off of the internet. I searched garage door repair in Boca Raton Florida. You had a specific number for just Boca and advertised same day service, so I called. The woman that answered the phone was friendly, and assured me someone would be to my home between 8 and 12. I new the spring was broken because it had happened before. Bobby (Roberto?) was the technician. He gave me options, explained things clearly, came on time and was professional. I took the lifetime warranty option. Bobby was finished in an hour, demonstrated and explained the repair. An excellent experience all the way around.

Bobby was very professional and provided a lot of information. I have a very heavy garage door (custom, wood on wood) with an 34 year old Overhead Model 100 opener (V-belt and chain drive). Currently looking at the your proposal but I prefer a heavy duty chain drive instead of the recommended belt drive.
