Had problems with our old garage door (warped, spring, etc.) Called Precision, they even came on a Sunday and were timely. Doors and moldings replaced. Doors passed county inspection. The inspector liked some of the heavy duty hardware installed. The technicians Bobby R and Andrew were knowledgeable and great workers. The only feature I don't care for is the rubber weather stripping between the molding and doors. Still 5 stars is appropriate.

My garage door was stuck in the middle, would not close or open. Alex the technician was at my door within the hour and in a very professional way he took care of the problem. He was knowledgeable and courteous, could not ask for anything better. From our experience of using the company twice I would recommend them highly.

Bobby was very professional in addressing the problem of our very old and broken door. He fixed it so that it is down as we await the new door that we need. He explained the process of needing a permit and gave us a time frame of about 3 weeks for delivery and installation.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with Precision Door. Not only did they fix my garage very quickly, the technician tweaked my garage door to ensure it would not fall on my children if something were to happen to the cables. That extra step of caution (which he did on his own volition) was very thoughtful, and i appreciated him taking extra care. I will definitely be a returning customer, should the need arise!

Great experience. Needed to replace a broken torsion spring. Service Tech came earlier than expected,(a good thing) he evaluated the whole door system and explained what was good and what wasn't. He also explained what he thought needed to be replace and why and what the charges would be. Had all the work done in less than and hour.
