I highly recommend Precision. Merrick and his two helpers were very friendly and professional. Within 5 minutes after arriving these guys were hard at work. They took down my old garage doors and installed the new one that I ordered thru Precision and also a garage door opener. It took exactly as long as they said it would. They did a great job, inside and out. They explained everything I needed to know about door and opener. I'm glad I went with Precision, Home Depots prices were pricier let alone they will send you a contractor who probably doesn't install garage doors often. These guys know their stuff. I called on a Saturday morning expecting to make an appointment for sometime in the week to fix my garage door. They were able to send a technician out about 30 mins after my call! Micah came out and after inspecting the door, gave me a fair assessment of what needed to be done. I explained I wasn't in a position to do all of the necessary work to the door and just needed it to raise up and down. He wrote up a fair estimate and had all of the work done in about an hour. I was very happy with his work and his great attitude and professional manner. I will definitely recommend this company to others and call on them again if and when the time comes. Thank you!
