I called on a Saturday morning expecting to make an appointment for sometime in the week to fix my garage door. They were able to send a technician out about 30 mins after my call! Micah came out and after inspecting the door, gave me a fair assessment of what needed to be done. I explained I wasn't in a position to do all of the necessary work to the door and just needed it to raise up and down. He wrote up a fair estimate and had all of the work done in about an hour.
