Found your website in Google showing good reviews and BBB. Was able to get an appt the next morning which was great. Just needed a spring replaced but recommended that both springs be replaced. Technician gave 3 different options after inspection. I went with just getting the Spring replaced as we are selling the house. Definite sticker shock from the last time we had a spring replaced. It only took 30 min to replace but it cost $850. Maybe should have shopped around but was happy to get the job done and technician was professional.

My mother accidentally closed the garage door as I was backing out and it was very dented and off the track. I saw the Precision sticker and immediately called to set an appointment. I was given a time for two hours later (which I was happy to have) but then received a call from Jose Espinoza that he had a cancellation and was heading over. Jose was wonderful and was able to repair the door plus did a little maintenance so it was even quieter than before. Precision saved the day.

The operator arm bracket dislodged on the garage door as it was going up and the door came crashing down on a Sunday morning around 10:00 AM. A friend had told me about Precision and their superior service, so I called to leave a message for Monday and was answered immediately by Jen. After describing my issue, she said she could have someone there between 12:00 - 2:00 PM that Sunday! Chris Peraza the technician called shortly after 12:00 PM to say he was on his way. Chris explained a couple of issues that caused the bracket to dislodge and I also inquired about new weather stripping that was badly worn. After providing me with a price for all of the work, the job was completed in about 2 hours. All of this on a Sunday and done by 2:30 PM!

Always, excellent, prompt, professional service. From the moment you call until the service tech arrives the customer is kept informed about when the service tech will arrive and what to expect. Prince came on time, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and showed me the problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done He gave me several options and explained the advantages of each one. This morning we realized our garage door wouldn't open and the spring was broken. Our car was "held hostage" so to speak. We called Precision Garage doors around 8 and the technician was at our home before 10 am. He was great! Knew right away what the problem was. He knew we had work done by Precision this year. Within 30 minutes the spring was intsalled and we could open our garage and "free our car." We highly recommend this company.

The tech was here for 2O minutes evaluating. The job to replace the springs was $851 dollars - the job took less the 20 minutes. Very expensive
