I chose Precision having read the reviews. Eric from Precision called us to tell when he would be at at home....and what do you know...he was on time! Eric was friendly and professional. He saw the apparent problem immediately, but still took the time to thoroughly inspect the garage door and all its components. He did the repair quickly and then lubed and the moving parts. He stuck to the quote. No extra fees. The best part of this experience was that my wife and I both agree that the garage door now works better and is a lot quieter than it was when it was new. Got a garage door concern/ PRECISION IS THE ANSWER!

Roberto (Bobby) was very thorough in explaining my options related to just replacing my broken spring versus a more complete service to replace the other worn parts on the door. Once I made my decision, he made the repairs quickly and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with what was done. The only other comment I would like to make is that on the website it should be more clearly noted that the special offer email coupon can not be combined with the advertised Seniors, First Responders or Military discounts.

I love the protocol that Precision has developed; emailing confirmation of the appt with a picture of the technician, calling shortly before arrival. I had a Precision garage door opener installed in June by technician Richard Perez....good job! I would also like to thank Doug Richardson for the excellent follow up service. OUTSTANDING JOB! This is how a company should operate. Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy. The technician Doug was prompt and very professional. My garage door seemed unresponsive to the remote door opener. I wasn't anle to close the door. I was concerned that this would turn into an expensive repair since the door was fairly old. Tim spotted the problem in two minutes. Apparently it was a minor adjustment to the Sensor. It was fixed in 60 seconds and all I had To pay was a $15 fuel charge. He was courteous and took the time to explain it to me. I will call them again when the need arises
