I had looked on line and found your company. I looked your fire felt it might be a good fit and chatted with a representative. Felt good about our conversation and decided set up an appointment. All was very satisfactory. JEFF B the as prompt, knowledgeable and took care of my needs in this service call. He gave me 3 options got me to decide along with his opinion. Excellent service same day need. Service tech was courteous, answered all of my questions, and called before his scheduled arrival time. I thought the parts were a bit pricey, but I was not charged an installation fee. I was going to do this repair myself, but the high tension torsion spring is potentially very dangerous for a novice to install. Bottom line, my garage door works great with the up grades now. I thought the price was fair and the products seem to be quality items. I will recommend you folks to others who have similar needs. Thanks again for coming out the same day I requested service.

Absolutely, garage door wouldn’t open on a Saturday night and the cars were inside. I called previously used door company and no response till next day, Ken had the job completed already. My call to Precision was answered immediately as noted 24/7. I was advised that I could get a Tech. Between 8 to 10 AM next morning, Mischelle, great person on the phone. The Tech., Ken and called and advised that he was on his way and actually arrived slightly early ???? He spelled out the problem and noted my options. At all times he very professional, courteous and was concerned with my situation Unfortunately, when incidents occur it costs money, but in this situation being able to go to the internet and come up with Precision is an awesome experience., Usually doesn’t always happen that way! !

I was extremely happy with the installation. The 2 men who came ( Merrill & Nate) were very professional and extremely nice. They cleaned up after they were through and showed me everything to do as far as servicing the door. I was very happy with everything. I would give it 5 stars except for the time it took to get the door. I was told 1 week but could go to 2 if busy. It took 4. I would certainly do business with your company again. I had used Precision back in 2015, I was new to this area but had seen advertisements which were impressive. I remember it was a rainy Saturday, and they responded to my call and I had a service technician that same day. It was a great experience and the technician was very professional. Yesterday when I came home there was a problem with my garage door so I called to see if I could get someone out to the house however I called their 24hr number and I got a run-around. When you call I would suggest call their local number you will get Professional help. The technician they sent Daniel was a professional young man, courteous called when he was about 30 minutes from my house to let me know he was on the way. He checked everything out showed me where the problem was and he gave me an idea of things that can be done if I have further issues. I would definitely call them again to repair or replace my garage door equipment. Thank you.

I called my usual garage service company first, but that company treats me as though it is doing me a favor by providing service, so I called Precision. The woman I spoke with was friendly and offered to send someone out this afternoon. Ken O. arrived on time (even called 20 minutes before to let me know he'd arrive 5 minutes early). I thought I needed a new garage door opener, but Ken told me the issue was really just a bad sensor. He provided the pros and cons of installing a new opener or just replacing the sensor. I appreciated his honesty in not selling me something I didn't need. He answered all my questions and provided some tips about how my current opener operated. Precision will be my garage door service going forward since in dealing with them I felt like a valued customer instead of someone begging for the privileged of paying them to provide service.
