I called Precision for a quote on either a new door or to have the existing mechanics of my current door replaced. I must say, I didn't expect such a kind, courteous and knowledgable person to arrive. I have received other quotes so far and have another scheduled for Thursday this week, but the feelings of comfort I received from Alex B. makes it all the more easier to tell the companies I met so far no.
