Chris and Alex arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the issues with my garage door, and gave me three detailed, written options - from quick fix to a more comprehensive repair and replacement, specifying the exact cost for each. We discussed my options, I chose one, and they proceeded. They completed the work, explained exactly what they did, cleaned up and left. I scheduled the appointment at about 9 AM … they arrived around 1 PM, and by 3 PM were finished. And I had a comprehensive job completed. Wonderful service!

Service was great, but repairman dud not show up at time promised. Supposed to he to my home 12-2. At 215 I called and was told he was running behind and would be there 4-6. At 6 no one was here and I had to call again. Repaired around 7

The 5-star doesn’t do this company justice. They were out to my home within a couple hours of calling and fixed my garage rollers and tension spring and motor for a fraction of what other people were quoting. Mike G was quick and professional and now my oversized golf cart fits beautifully inside our garage.

Received an Email about Precision Door Services that offered a free service call so I made an appointment. My garage door was originally installed back in 2016 so thought is was a great idea to make sure everything was working correctly. I was lucky to have had a great technician by the name of Logan Kruse - he was professional and had great knowledge about garage doors in general. His explanation of certain functions was easy to comprehend. He made some recommendations that were reasonable and a few minor adjustments were made during my service call. I plan on completing other recommendations in the near future and will request that Logan Kruse is my service technician. He was awesome !!!!!!

Fantastic service and install by Ken. Precision responded the next day and a lot of work was completed quickly. I was given several price options before install. I do see a few reviews/ price complaints for which I understand. However 2 years ago I chose the cheap price and that caused me to spend more money than if I had used a professional to begin with. A bad install and spring settings can cause motor and cable damage. “You get what you pay for” is all too true with this type of repair. Thank you Ken and Precision!!
