Our garage door did not open or close last night. We called Precision Garage and they were out early afternoon. Our serviceman, Chris, was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We did get a new garage door opener as the motor wasn’t working as it should be. We would highly recommend Precision to anyone for all their garage repairs.

Very pleased with the whole process. Scheduled a visit late Friday afternoon for a window of 12-2pm for Sat. Received conformation emails and texts. Also, received a notice from the company that a technician was on the way and a personal call from the technician to confirm his ETA. Communication was excellent. My technician, Merrick, assessed the issue at hand and once given the green light to begin the work did so very quickly and completed the job a little sooner than expected. Highly recommend this company!

I recently renovated my driveway and my garage door would not stayed closed so I scheduled an appointment for right in. Not only were they available upon request their technician Armando was earlier than the window frame I was given which was amazing. He diagnosed both garage doors and ended up upgrading some of my degrading materials really knew his stuff even went above and beyond to help me mount and install my new keypad pin door opener which has been sitting in a box for months. Garage is working great and couldn’t be happier with the service!

Chris and Alex arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the issues with my garage door, and gave me three detailed, written options - from quick fix to a more comprehensive repair and replacement, specifying the exact cost for each. We discussed my options, I chose one, and they proceeded. They completed the work, explained exactly what they did, cleaned up and left. I scheduled the appointment at about 9 AM … they arrived around 1 PM, and by 3 PM were finished. And I had a comprehensive job completed. Wonderful service!

I am disabled bedridden single woman who was horribly taken advantage of for over $1400. I texted the tech the sensor error messages yet he claimed wasn’t the sensor, thst the motor wasn’t working (nor “sufficient” for my garage door) and that I needed new springs (despite getting new springs only 2 years ago). Left the garage door only or be operated manually. Next day I got another company and turns out motor was working fine, never needed springs, previous tech damaged some wiring and the sensors was all that needed to be aligned

We needed the garage door repaired. They were able to come the same day. Michael Gervais the technician was fantastic. He installed a new lift Master with camera , belts, and rollers and adjusted , tuned up the whole thing. Works like new again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Service was great, but repairman dud not show up at time promised. Supposed to he to my home 12-2. At 215 I called and was told he was running behind and would be there 4-6. At 6 no one was here and I had to call again. Repaired around 7

They were out to my home within a couple hours of calling and fixed my garage rollers and tension spring and motor for a fraction of what other people were quoting. Received an Email about Precision Door Services that offered a free service call so I made an appointment. My garage door was originally installed back in 2016 so thought is was a great idea to make sure everything was working correctly. I was lucky to have had a great technician by the name of Logan Kruse - he was professional and had great knowledge about garage doors in general. His explanation of certain functions was easy to comprehend. He made some recommendations that were reasonable and a few minor adjustments were made during my service call. I plan on completing other recommendations in the near future and will request that Logan Kruse is my service technician. He was awesome !!!!!!
