5pm on a Friday night, our Garage wouldn’t raise. Closer inspection identified a broken spring and with it being our main access to our home we feared a long weekend ahead of us. I was thrilled to see the “Broken Spring? Call (561) 515-5539 written on the spring collar. Even more thrilled after my online inquiry and a confirmed technician appointment at 10am the next day! Tyrone arrived promptly and was very courteous. He showed me what was wrong, what his suggested fix was, and importantly how I can service the door myself to make my new springs & bearings last as long as possible. I have to admit it wasn’t cheap, but this was Saturday call out, our door has new springs and bearings, and i learnt a lot from Tyrone. Thanks for an exceptional service! You saved our weekend!

I was very satisfied with the immediate service since I called on a Saturday and they sent somebody right over The techs name was Julio. He explained all my options for my problem answered all my questions and gave me the prices. I then chose a option. Julio did a fine job excellently installed excellent work like a real pro and cleanliness couldn’t have been better cleaned up the job site. Better even blew out my garage with a blower. Explained future services and maintenance about the door yearly which I’ve never done. I was very satisfied with the service I received from precision garage door. Our 23-year-old garage door spring broke and Precision sent a technician, Mike, who arrived within 2 hours. Mike was friendly, personable and professional, replaced the spring and upgraded the rollers as well, which made the door much quieter (as he said it would). Very pleased with the company's responsiveness and work.

Jose, the technician who worked on the garage door, was a courteous, knowledgeable, experienced repair person who can to my house on time with my previous 2002 garage door paperwork. He checked and addressed the issues, as: needing repair, replacement, or just adjustments. He based this on age and wear of the garage door parts how often I used the doors. . He told me the motor was the original and should be replaced as it was the original, but I could wait. I did wait He did what we decided on put in new lamps showed me how to lift the door in an emergency and left within an hour. Precision and staff are the best. I highly recommend them.

The client of a new property I sold requested a price estimate for an impact door. Ashly, who was very professional and personal, took my call to schedule. A list of available time slots was provided. Once set, I received a text and an email to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, as promised, I received a call from the service person with eta. Martin Owens arrived and introduced himself to my client and me. A text was sent confirming his arrival with a photo and bio of his professionalism, which would provide validation of the person. I had an emergency when my garage door couldn't open, and I called PRECISION GARAGE DOOR Service. They immediately sent a technician. The tech was "Tom", who was extremely professional and technically experienced. He replaced the motor and chain, adjusted the torsion on the springs, installed a new hand set on the wall, etc. Everything was done in about 2 hours and I was good-to-go! I cannot say enough of good things about this company and the professionalism Tom displayed. The price was fair and competitive. If I have any future problems I'll call PRECISION!
