I urgently needed repair as my garage door would not close. I called Precision and they set up an immediate appointment. Rony, their technician arrived about 2 hours later as promised on time and he was amazing. He diagnosed and repaired the problem and was so happy to have been able help us. I had a wonderful experience with my technician. He was helpful and explained everything in a clear and understandable way. He was friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Daniel is an asset to your business as he was terrific, he explained exactly what was needed and pointed out my worn out rollers which I had him replace. His supervisor showed up to check on progress and even jumped in to assist. A high impact garage door (for hurricanes) with opener was installed in our home today and we are so so pleased with it. The men who installed the door were quick to install, easy to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in installing the new door.
