I was not present for the repair but it was done promptly. Tech was late but called to advise me. Door works again and he did do a general inspection...given that the installation is now over 13 years old he identified some issues for future consideration. I did notice that when I received an email copy of the invoice there were some additional services identified as being offered at the time of the service which my son said were never discussed. While the initial repair call was for broken rollers...I may have taken advantage of the more extensive service options had I been made aware of them at the time....

I am very impressed with your service, your technician and your prices. my technician was Alex. Arrived on time, explained all of my options to fix my door, was professional. Refurbrished my door, put in new electronic openeor removed all of the old appliciances I would reccomend you all to any of my friends who need their garage door repaired or replaced. thank you Alex

After having 2 appontments with SEARS to have the garage door opener installed, BOTH noshow, no phone calls, no satisfaction, it was a pleasure to see PRECISION arrive 5 minutes before the appointment time. Long story short all went VERY well, I purchased a precision garage door opener, and SEARS has one additional opener in inventory.

Doug R was my service technician. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and did a pheneomenal job repairing my garage door with new pulleys and rollers.
