Started out with a noisy door with a “not so smooth” roll up and down and a screw missing from a rail mounting bracket. Jeff B was super personable and very knowledgeable diagnosed my problems and came up with a solution. He worked fast, and did a great job. After installing new springs, bearings, cables, and rollers I can barely hear the drive motor run. Awesome Job

Having been in business in Florida for many years I must say I am so impressed by the professional manner exhibited by every Precision staff member I communicated with. It began with your on the phone representative who scheduled the appointment, then your in the field representative who first called to confirm he was on his way and, then once at my home, explained what needed to be done and how he would do it in timely fashion. When the work was completed I had the comfort to believe it was done in the most professional cost efficient manner.
