It began with your on the phone representative who scheduled the appointment, then your in the field representative who first called to confirm he was on his way and, then once at my home, explained what needed to be done and how he would do it in timely fashion. We contacted Precision after a recent accident with our current garage door. Our technician, Jeff, was prompt, professional, polite, and patient throughout the service call. Truly an example of what every homeowner hopes to have when faced with contacting a new service professional. Jeff was thorough in his inspection and advised of the options for both short term and long term repair options. He did not pressure us into replacing our doors, but after weighing the pros and cons, we decided to replace them with hurricane rated new doors. Jeff was able to temporarily repair our current non working door until new doors could be installed. Spring replacement- Jeremy, the technician was very knowledgeable and repaired our damaged garage door patiently even after facing a setback after realizing that the original spring was not the right size. He had to do the replacement over again, with a bigger spring. Now we have a garage door that is very light to lift even our kids can do it. Thank you for being so efficient and professional.
