Y’all came out on a Sunday within 2 hours of my service call. My door was a total mess—came out of wall, track bent and more. It was repaired the same day-quickly. Should of been 5 stars. The installers didn't leave the paperwork for the inspector. I also thought I was getting key pads. I also wasn't aware I could upgrade so I could operate with my phone. Sales should step up their game.
