On July 1st Jeff made some substantial repairs to my garage doors. This morning when I opened my garage door I found a door roller on the floor of the garage. I assumed that it came out of the door so I called your office. Jeff was at my home within two hours of my call. He determined that the roller that I found was actually one of the rollers that he had replaced and apparently left behind. He apologized for leaving the old roller and asked if there was anything that he could do for me. I responded no and thanked him for the excellent service.

Over the last 29 years at Palm Beach Gardens, I have had contact with several "Garage Door experts", and none compare with the Professionalism of both your Company and your repair technician, Nathan Barnes. He was so knowledgeable about every aspect of all garage doors, that I was impressed by his attitude toward me, the job at hand, and his willingness to try to educate me as we went along toward completion. I tried not to distract him with idle questions, but he was supportive in all things while educating this "novice." I was also impressed to receive an email from Jim Migani, the owner, on the day of service, seeking comments if I was not completely satisfied with the entire operation! This is the second time I've used Precision; what is impressive is the ease of scheduling a call and the prompt and efficient service. Edwin came today to install a new lower seal and new rollers. He called enroute, showed on time and was just as courteous and efficient as the time before when he and Jeff did a new motor install on another property. The two gentlemen from Precision that I've met have been a pleasure to have in our home.

Great company! The garage door broke at 11am on a Saturday. They said they could have someone there between 3:30 and 5:30. at 3:45 Daniel called and was here at 4:15. He was great. Fixed everything, offered me some improvements (without the hard sell) - finished everything by 6.

Prompt and excellent service by Rony. On a Sunday morning the garage spring snapped locking me in the garage. I called Precision and spoke with a live pperson who was able to schedule a service call withing 3 hours. Rony came diagnosed the proble am provided the fix. All was working well in a few hours.

Arrived right on time. Very professional diagnostic evaluation of my original 1996 garage door. The spring its second broke and prompted my call. As a result of showing me all the wear and tear, i.e. friction and three options I chose the middle one cost wise, replacing the spring, rollers, cable and bearings. The entire door having to be recalibrated for the garage door opener for each done separately this was the most cost effecient with the greatest peace of mind as my car and garbage were trapped inside the garage! I would highly recommend Jeff Brown!

My garage door installation exceeded all my expectations. On the day of installation my installer Jeff, called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he began preparations and setup while he waited for the Technician Logan who assisted in the installation. Within 2 1/2 to 3 hours they were done. Jeff demonstrated the door and it's workings thoroughly. What stands out most is the workmanship and how quiet the door operated. I am very pleased with this installation and would recommend Precision Door Service to all my friends.

I was completely thrilled from start to finish. My Service Tech, Dave, was courteous, arrived on time, and explained everything in detail. As it turns out, we only needed bearings and rollers, but he did a thorough job of adjusting the chain and lubricating all the joints as well. We went from obnoxious noisy to blissfully quiet. Precision’s service technician Ken came to repair a broken garage door opener. He spent as much time as necessary to discuss the pros and cons of a repair versus a new opener. At no time was there any pressure to upsell or even to replace the garage door itself, which others have in the past. Ken was professional, courteous, and did a thoroughly professional job on the install. The work was neat and done expeditiously. Afterwards he spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions and making sure I was aware of everything that had been done, the operation and future maintenance of the equipment. I’m very glad I chose Precision to do this job and will certainly call them again in the future. They definitely rate five stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? in my book!
