I had purchased a new garage door 6 months ago from Precision Door. Recently I experienced some problems with the door and called Precision to schedule a service call. That same day Jim M. called me to discuss my door issues. It quickly became apparent to me that Jim took considerable interest in his customers, product and installations. I was impressed by his commitment and professionalism. Eric (the technician) arrived as scheduled the next day. Within 10 minutes the was working perfectly. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and offered future suggestions in caring for my door. What a great company with integrity. I would highly recommend Jim and His team!

Eric gave me a complimentary service call when it was determined that my opener was not transmitting a signal. My remotes only work in the garage. He even tried a new remote, but to no avail. An estimate to replace the opener was given to me via email. When I decide to replace my opener, I will pick Precision.

Everything about the service call was professional. Aside from the broken springs being replaced, the technicians identified several weaknesses in the door mechanism that were in need of attention and represented a safety risk. They explained clearly the risk and showed me the degree of wear and tear on each of the parts being replaced. I would recommend Precision to anyone who is having a garage door problem. *****

I should said that Sean , reinstalled the new garage door! I have several issues which the door that another technician hanged ytterbium door wrongly! When Sean arrives and I expleined the points , he new right there what to do! Thank you Sean for understand and re- install the door the proper way. He was courteous and professional , I was very please with his work. This company has an excellent customer service, rapid response and good prices. I like the fact that Jim the owners does reviews and talk to the customers . I will recommend Precision and also will request Sean for future needs , if there is a need.

You installed a unit in January and I had a problem with the sensor. You sent someone out right away (on Saturday) and it was fixed in 15 minutes. Anyone could sell you something. It is the service that builds a company. I would recommend you to anyone.

We had an emergency not being able to open our garage door at 6:30pm and we went to the yellow pages to find a firm who would fix our problem before tomorrow morning. Your service technicians arrived on time. Their service truck was clean and very organized. I showed them the problem with the broken spring. The technicians took the time to show me the other damage that was done due to the broken spring. Witch I did not see. They preformed all the repaired work needed. Walked me though the repair process and maintenance, the garage door runs quieter and much more smoother. Also want to thank the support time witch answered my e-mail and phone call on a Friday night at 10:00. Great job from e-mail support team though service team.

The person who answered the phone was courteous and efficient. She gave me a time of arrival of the technician as 9PM to 11PM and explained the service charges.
